AK Area hosted a Nage-no-Kata Seminar and Competition over the weekend.
The weekend was a great success with 28 Judoka , 4 JNZ Kata Commission members, and the National Technical Director on the mat.
Judoka from Auckland, Waikato Bays, North Wellington, Wellington, and Canterbury Areas attended.
