Happy Birthday Kapiti Judo Club
Kapiti Judo Club will turn 50 years old next month.
Started by Des Sharp and Jim Weekes in 1971, the club continues to be capably managed by Des's daughter Karen Parker with great support from a team of coaches lead by Norm Cook (6th Dan) and a large group of parents and members.
