JNZ NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS AND NTEW CANCELLED

As a result of the latest Government announcement regarding Alert Levels, and the unlikelihood that ALL members will be able to access sufficient mat training to be able to compete in a safe and equitable manner, JNZ and the host Area confirm that the previously postponed Senior and Junior 2021 National Championships will now be cancelled.

APES Games Postponement

It was announced recently, with regret but understandably, the Australasian Police and Emergency Services Games have had to be postponed from March 2022 to March 2023 due to the uncertainty caused by COVID-19. The Games will still be held in Rotorua and judo will still be in the program.

2021 National Championships Postponed

Due to the continuing uncertainty regarding the changes in Alert Levels and the potential impact that this will have on the viability of the scheduled 2021 JNZ National Championships, Wellington Area and JNZ have jointly decided to reschedule the event, in a limited form, to Saturday 4th of December.
